Cold turkey off mirtazapine day 37 and struggling

I was on mirtazapine for a year. I was prescribed this after a suicide attempt. this was prescribed ontop of the 60mg of fluoxetine I take daily. I decided to get off the mirtazapine as I was a complete zombie and hardly had a life. it helped with my anxiety but I was constantly drowsy, would have to be in bed by 8pm latest and I would be out. I found I no longer had the energy to do much at all and needed a change.

Mentally since I stopped mirtazapine. I have never felt better, my mood is more consistent I'm not having ups and downs and I feel like I am actually able to do and enjoy things again and more importantly have the energy to do them.

what I am struggling with is constant nausea. complete loss of appetite, most days I am forcing myself to eat. dizziness as well as very intense UTI symptoms. I have gotten to day 37 and have no intention of going back on it ever again but I do wonder how long these symptoms will last? and if there is anyone out there who may have some guidance or advise or know of any herbs or vitamins that could help
