    Hi Sue,

Well having a cold/flu/virus does make anxiety worse I have being to the doctors myself over the last month or so about this. But also you may need your dose increased as I have also been told that 100mg is the average amount now days

thanks for your reply Tom, have been reading up on this (as we do ) and apparently it is something to with our immune system fighting off the virus, so I will wait until I can breathe again and then see where I am at, have no problem with increasing but do not want to if I do not have to. hope you are feeling ok today

I went through this last september after a virus. I increase my does from 75mg to 150mg which helped me get on top of things. morning anxiety was awful and i dont know why. My doctor said the virus can do that to you. I also started taking magnesium citrate every day along with vitamin d. I was desperate to get passed the anxiety and health food shop recommended these. havent looked back since. its really improved my mood, feeling more relaxed and sleeping alot better. GOOD LUCK, hope you shift the virus soon xx
