does anyone get pains or chills in the back of thwir head wen the weather is cold?

yes I do and when I turn my head can feel a click which is very painful

i dont get the click just the pain in my neck and sore heads. its so frustrating having to wear my beany hat to keep out the cold

the cold weather hurts my Back more then my head... not sure why? but its a very sharp pain I feel.
