I have had a really bad head which has been diagnosed as coming from upper cervical Spine   Had this for 8wks straight.  Had MRI on brain and all clear. However I’ve noticed I wake with LOWER back pain but most disturbing of all is at night (it’s worse ) I wake with ice cold , wet feeling feet. ??? This is horrible and frightening as when I touch them they may be cold but not wet.  Could this be back related ?? Thanks I’m advance

Everything you're describing could easily come for your back. It's possible you have a bulging disc in your neck and another one in your lower back. It could also be a pinched nerve. Without some kind of Imaging such as an MRI it's really hard to say. I recommend that you see a doctor that would agree to do an MRI to investigate what's going on with your back.

It sound nerve related, I would be asking for an MRI of your whole spine but it could just be coming from your neck, once you get the results go see a good chiropractor but be very careful with who you choose, thee are some fantastic ones and some not so good.

Try some Ice for 20 mins every hour, good luck 😊

Hi Fiona,I am so sorry but I could have written your post.I had all these mri's for several years but not one of the middle back. Not knowing how to treat me my PCP sent me to a pain dr who ordered one of mid back.I have a bone spur wrapped around a disc and is pushing on my spinal cord.I have several things going on but that is the main issue.I have neuropathy also. Please bare in mind that these symptoms can be a lot of other things.I am 69 years old so some things can be attributed to my age.Good advice from Caroline to get image of whole spine.Wet feet feeling sounds like a nerve thing hence my neuropathy which they have good meds for.I hope you can get that MRI.
