Collagen powder

Has anyone ever tried collagen powder? If so did you see a difference? I ordered some, it hasn't comes yet. Supposed to be good for skin, hair, nails, and joints.

    its supposed to be good if you arent estrogen dominant that is x

      I'm not really sure if I'm estrogen dominant. I haven't had a blood test. What happens if you're estrogen dominant and take collagen powder?

    yes it does wonders for wrinkes. my hair thicker and nails stronger. less hair fall in the shower. i highly recommend
