Colon Cancer?

Alright guys, I've been having bowel issues for the last year or so. Dealing with constipation, sometimes thin stools and not being able to go fully. I often have to go 3-4 times in the morning to feel empty. My first BM is usually as close to normal as possible, then throughout the morning i usually have smaller and smaller stools that are always broke up into small pieces. I have had stomach discomfort but it's not an everyday thing. What do you guys think..... thanks you

If its been going on for a year, you should talk to your doctor about it but it doesn't seem like colon cancer. Blood in stool, fatigue and weight loss are some red flags. How old are you? Colon cancer can happen in young people but its unlikely. To me it personally sounds like IBS, or maybe just a poor diet. Check with your doctor but don't be concerned about cancer.

I'm 21 years old, I've had a few doctor appointments and are continuing to try and rule things out.

Sounds like you have polyps that need removed and I would get a colonoscopy done this is something I do know also get checked for pancreatic cancer and it maybe dilverculosis that's what it maybe also but go see a colon doctor and have all of this checked out for the pancreas you would still need too see an oncologist doctor for that too see for sure they usually run a tube down your throat too see if you have pancreatic cancer they can tell it even blood work also. I would even get genetic hereditary testing done too see if you have any cancer genes I done it and have none. But even with the colon you can still get polyps hope this helps you.
