Colonoscopy.

Hi everyone I had a bowel resection 3 years ago with three months with an iliostomy bag and then a successful reversal. My iron levels have dropped and I had to have another colonoscopy. All was well but I have had cramps on and off for for a week in the lower tummy. is this normal ? I have had many colonoscopies and I've never had this before but this is the first colonoscopy I've had since my bowel resection. I will ring the doctor on Monday but it is the weekend at the moment so I can't so looking for advice please.
