I had a colonoscopy Thursday [ April 7]. I waiting for my results. I felt no pain, went home took my dog for a walk. That,s how good I felt.

    It does seem to be the norm in the USA for sedation, I did mine (both ends) and then a second run through of the bowel due to an equipment failure without any medication (apart from entinox when the turns happend).  I am not a hero or trying to be clever, I was terrified and still am of the procedure but the motivation I had was tremendous.  I hope your results are all good. x

    hi glad it went well, mine used to be like that slice of toast and a cup of tea away i went even though the say not to drive i was fine, its just the last 3 have been horrfic sad i must have a least over 6 done so confushed as to way they are suddleny so pain full ??
