Colonoscopy

I have has a ct scan done which has shown a possible small mass or intussusception in colon. I've very worried. has anyone been through this. I'd appreciate some advice

    hi why did you have a ct scan for? what ive read on intussusception is that they are rare for adults but i believe you would be in a lot of pain. it could be anything without a biopsy it could be something as simple as a polyp in your colon and as long as you get it removed if your able too i wouldnt be tol concerned. i had a ct scan for a really bad pain on my right ovary and turns out my ovary had a 4 cm cyst along with little cyst around it and it hurt so bad but on the report it said mass but when the dr explanied she said it was a cyst

      I've been having a lot of pain in tummy and bowel area. Tummy very swollen and extremely painful. sickness and diarrhoea also. They did a ct scan as I had just had surgery for gallbladder surgery and thought I had an infection. Scan has shown up either a small mass in colon or possibly intussusception. now waiting on urgent appointment for a colonoscopy.
