Colonoscopy after bowel resection

Hi everyone me again I posted about my low ferritin levels and I have been in touch with the surgeon and I need an iron infusion but also I need a colonoscopy and an endoscopy so it's been 3 years since my resection so I'm concerned about why I need these test I'm an anxious person . Bowel cancer highly unlikely considering that my bowel was completely resected and I didn't have cancer I had diverticulitis and cancer takes a long time to develop. . I think I'm more concerned about the endoscopy but I have lots of faith in this surgeon he's amazing. . I am vegetarian but have been eating lotsof leafy Greens but still my ferritin is very low. . I have always had digestive issues and I wonder if I've developed celiac because apparently that can happen after bowel resection can anyone help with this?
