Colonoscopy and hypoglycemia

I have hypoglycemia bad. Cant go very long without eating meat. 8 hour fasts is very hard. 10 or 12 hour fast is almost impossible. I cant be the only one who has had to do this and deal with hypoglycemia. I dont think juice is gonna get me threw 24 hours of fasting. I have almost 3 months to try to figure out if i can do this. I dont think i can. Spoke with the gastros assistant. She didnt seem to think it be a problem. I do.
