The exam was otherwise without abnormality???? This is what the results read ? What does it mean ? I don’t have it ? I do have it ? I asked the doctor about the diverticulitis and I was still drugged up that he said don’t worry all fine . I do not see any pouches on the pictures. Please can someone help. I’m still in a lot of pain.

Have you previously been diagnosed with diverticulitis or diverticulotis because it doesn't heal itself ? Could the pain b kidney stone or appendix gallbladder ECT.

there are so many people who still have pain, diarrhea, etc etc but have normal blood work and no other symptoms other than the pain and feeling of being unwell where do we go from here?? What can we do?? I feel so sad and frustrated and after almost three months of symptoms knowing that the only way forward is waiting in a long line to see a specialist

Delighted for you that you colonoscopy was so good, at least you can relax knowing you have nothing sinister in there, you will have to go back to gp now and try find out whats causing your pain, best of luck

I am going through this also cince Feb, afraid to eat , anxiety, loss over 30 lbs, just had blood work and Cat scan twice in 2weeks. And Endoscopy which are all normal, My Dr ordered stool samples for Candida, IBS, leaky gut, and parasites and I see a dietitian today, and a New GI Dr on Friday, and he will set up a colonoscopy. Hate not knowing why I’m in so much pain still, and irregular bowels, and diarrhea, burning in lower left tummy that radiates to lower back. On top of developing anxiety/panic attacks. The gut/mind is a funny thing. So am waiting to see what colonoscopy shows, nervous 😟 Hang in there, maybe suggest Dr doing more tests.

No abnormalities on the colonoscopy is a positive result. The doc said your fine. It’s great news and a chance to be relieved knowing (after taking the opportunity to reading posts here) that it could be so much worse. Without pouches—wow ,your specific food intake can be so different than most people here.
Diverticulosis is diagnosed when pouches (diverticula) develop in your digestive tract. When one or more of these pouches become inflamed or infected, the condition is called diverticulitis.
Now to find out what is causing the pain, you at least know it’s not in the colon. Good luck to you.
