Colonoscopy Testing

I am 63 years old and over the last few years I have been diagnosed having multiple Lacunar & ischemic thrombosis strokes, seizures, Coranary artery disease, type 2 diabetes. A few months ago I started having no appetite I began losing tons of weight, black tar stool. They did a colonoscop 4 weeks ago, they found a polyp and a lump, did biopsy, no results yet. While cleaning myself the other day I found a lump about 2 inches from my testicles and it's gotten bigger. What does anyone think ?

I think you should go to your doctor now about the lump.  The fact that you have not had any results back from the biopsy is probably good news but suggest you ask your doctor to chase them.  Best wishes.

Black tar like stool might suggest some bleeding from the stomach: it goes black because of the digestive juices in the stomach. Have they suggested an endoscopy to check inside your stomach. Can be an ulcer. I had one from the aspirin! I'm not quite sure where the lump is. If it is on the outside and near the point where your back becomes your backside so to speak it can be a sentinel pile which is a trapped hair follicle and not serious. All depends on where it is and it's size etc. My own feeling us that the blood may have a cause higher up so I would check that with him. When I had that black tarry stuff it was ulcers and the blood thinners were letting then bleed freely. Hope that helps a bit! PS Have they done a blood count to check you are not anaemic?
