2 months back, one eve throat tightened down A& E said reaction, the swallowing!! i pnicked as thought my throat was going to close, had this for 2 weeks, didnt eat lost weight too scared to eat! it went for 2 weeks i thought omg yes!! life back to normal! 3 days ago its come back, i actually think food aggravates back of throat so im going to try smooth food, constant swallowing is driving me nuts! Ill definitely try exercising as in one post on here, im constantly sipping water as when i cant swallow and panic it helps! ENT  was all clear, had a bad sinus infection and maybe coincidental but 2 weeks on pils my symptoms went! weird! anyways it is a comfort knowing im not alone!! Will try and find a specialist too the doctors are clueless!!
