I would like to write to say how comforting to have people in a similar situation. This forum can be a life line for so many people with Mental Heth Issues.

 i’m So grateful and honoured to be a part of. this forum.

    Hello

    So many of us struggling! I’ve been so much better and today has been horrible anxiety again. It’s strange how it just escalated and completely horrible with black thoughts.

    Hope you feel a lot better very soon.

      I hope you do to Eve, it is strange how it just comes up on you,’ Anxiety. I take my Sertraline about 4.PM otherwise I would have to much side affect during the day. Just hope when I stop my Diadpsm I will be able to sleep with Sertraline alone. Keep trying.🙏
