Coming of Anti-anxiety meds

So I'm coming off stetraline and i'm having a horrible time of it... i get these headaches and ear ringing so bad it sort of feels like my head goes a bit numb and i go light headed not like i'm going to faint just dizzy. last week i had a whole week were i felt completely fine and then it came back and it's been a few days now, is this normal? and has anyone got any advice to help make coping with these things easier? I start getting worried there's something wrong.

    hope u didn't go cold turkey and just quit taking them , u need to gradually lower the dose till u get to none. otherwise your going to have withdrawal symptoms.
