I just hate feeling like I’m depending on a pill but I don’t want to quit the pill because I don’t want to die of a seizure or something because of with drawl please help

Personally I would stay on it for the moment until your life settles down again properly. If it's working for you then that's brilliant. The way I see it is that anxiety is a terrible illness and that if taking a tablet sorts you out then so be it. There are other illnesses where tablets are needed for life and you wouldn't dream of telling someone to stop taking them. I would think of anxiety in the same light. Anxiety is a crippling illness. If the tablets work ..then take them

    Just my opinion!

    Good luck for your future

I think you are better off with the SSRI than mixing benzos and alcohol, alcohol always made my panic and depression 20000000 times worse.
