Coming off Depo After 7 years

Hello

I was on the depo jag for 7 years straight. i wasnt aware this was an issue until a new nurse started at my GP and said after every two years i should have been on break. I came off it September 2020. It took till March 2021 to have a slight period. It was tiny but it was a start. This happened every 4 weeks so i was hoping it was my body returning to normal. It then started every 2 weeks which happend for a couple of months but it has stopped again.

I feel like i have changed so much since stopping the jag. Im so tired, im bloated, im spotty, im sad. I have lost all my sex drive which is starting to bother my bf. I really dont know how much longer i can go feeling like this.

Has anyone had the same experince ?

    All sex drives start of low, but things we do and think about during the day make us horny and in the mood. This does not happen all the time, he needs to turn you on and put you in the mood.
