Coming off sentraline 1 week in

Hi, I am 23 y F started Sentraline 1 month ago and due to the horrible side effects I decided to stop. I know that this drug takes longer to work it just wasn’t worth it for me. I was on 25mg for one week then 50mg for 2 weeks. Then I halfed the dose for 4 days until I stopped completely.

I’m now on my 6th day since my last dose and the side effects have been horrific. I have never felt this awful in my life. I have a terrible headache that doesn’t go away along with feeling completely zoned out and dizzy to the point where I feel like I will fall when walking, like Im drunk. Also naseaus and tired and just angry and crying all the time all day. My life has stopped for a month due to this drug as I don’t want to see anyone in this state I’m in now and I can’t do much as my head is a fog.

I really had no idea what I was getting into when starting this. I suppose I just got all the bad side effects for starting and now all the bad side effects for quitting...

Does anyone have any experience with going off this drug that has only been on it for a shorter time like me? When did the side effects go away? Just want to feel normal again.
