    Hi Alison

you don't say what dose you last took but I would reinstate to that dose for a month to stabilise and then start the 10% tapering method. It takes patience but is worth it to avoid the W/D you are having.

you will find all the advice on how to follow it on this site, search sertraline withdrawal, does it go away.

i came off about 3 months ago after tapering over 7 months, I did not have the nasty withdrawals and I'm fine off it.

    Good Luck x

Oh Thanku, today has been a lot better, but still feeling dizzy I was on 200 mg and gradually come down, but I think getting to 25 mg and then nothing been hardest done it over a few month, taking one day at a time,Thanku for reply and hope u keep well

Yes jumping off from 25mg is too severe, generally the lower the dose the slower the taper. It's hard to cut the tablets down without a pill cutter but some people get the liquid and use a 10ml syringe. I stopped altogether at approx 10mg, I wish you all the best
