    Hi

My experience is that if you want to get them out of your life for good, take it very slowly.

For me it took from 1400 mg down to 0 mg 6-9 months.

My advise is to go down from 150mg to 100 mg is to take 150 mg at least 2 weeks,if you feel stabil go down to 100 mg,if not do one more week, it's like 33% to go down.same thing to do from 100-50 mg,but that's 50% down,,and from 50 mg to zero is 100% ,,so think about that,,and give you some time,,take it very slowly that's my advise.

    Good LUCK!

Unfortunately, it takes months for you to feel completely normal from tramadol because it’s not just an opiate withdrawal, but also benzo type withdrawals that crush your spirit.

If you try to go cold turkey, you’ll end up taking more just to feel better. Because it lasts SO long. You have to taper.

Take it as slow as you can. Buy a pill splitter and start with 1/4 of a pill at a time. If not less.
