I have ordered vitamin b complex see if that would help with the shakes ..I have dystonia that is why I started to take the tramadol but I really just want to come off it now controlling my life ..is there any help with people that gone into work and felt better than to be at home and suffering ? Next week going to be taking just the one tramadol cannot wait until I am off ..does anyone know how long with drawals will take after taking the one tramadol ? I have been taking tramadol for 12 years now and used to take upto 10 a day but now on 2

You should be symptom free in about a month after your

last dose. I was taking up to 800 mgs  per day for 6 years.  Took me 3 months to wean off

You can do it.   Never take them again    Take Tylenol or ibuprofen if you have aches and pains
