Can anyone help me to come off ZOPICLONE 3.75 slowly I am taking half a tablet at the moment per night but not sure when to reduce again been on the about 6 weeksmany thanks hope you can help me mike

hi mike i was on zopiclone 3.75 for over a yr i just stopped cold turkey without any side effects

The usual advice is to cut between 5-10% every 10-14 days but since you have only been on the Zopiclone you may be able to go a bit quicker than that because you have only been on it for 6 weeks. It is really hard to know because each individual is so very different.
I have written an eBoook on how to cope with withdrawal - you should be able to find the link to it here somewhere. I also suggest that you Google The Ashton Manual written by Professor Heather Ashton and read it thoroughly to educate your self - the Ashton Manual is free.
Wendy 94366 said that she CT'd without side effects but I would be very wary of doing that. You just can't predict the outcome.

hi mike did you manage to come of the zopiclone? if so how was it for you? i took them for 3 weeks but not been able to sleep for a week now
