My husband is on 3 x 7,5 to sleep.....one at bedtime, another one a couple hrs later, and another one  a couple hrs after that. We have started  weaning him off the zopiclone using the Ashton plan which was recommended on this site by someone. Dr. Heather Ashton has developed this withdrawal plan using Valium then you have to slowly get off that. We are determined to work through it and hoping that his brain pain goes away after he gets off the zop. If you google Ashton plan zoplicone valium you will find her site. My husband has been on zop for about 9 years and developed this "brain pain" (for lack of a better term) and has every test known to man and nothing is wrong, so the neurologist suggested maybe it is the zopiclone. We'll see.....we just started the weaning last week. It's a long process but hopefully worth it.  PS Cold turkey is NOT recommended. Good luck with getting better.

depending on how loud my  Tinnitus gets.Without it ,I would not get off to sleep at all Never take more than two low dose .No problems .

with it at all, just blissful sleep

Sorry you are having problems Daniel. maybe something else is

Hi Daniel.I have looked on numerous sites about zop and the only side affect you mention in common is the fatigue. If you are experiencing rashes you should seek medical advice perhaps an allergy test.Is there some new stress in your life that may have cause rash. Cause that can happen as well.

Hey guys thanks, yeh it sucks, I've just moved to Cornwall by the sea side, I've always had health aniexty (assuming I've got illnesses) and currently fixated on Cancer since I learned Zopiclone has been linked to it through test on rats but my doctor said that's not transferable to humans and he's not heard of any cases
