Coming venaflaxine - what should I expect??? Need help!!

Hi, I’m a 21 year old femake who is on 200mg of lamotrogine and 75mg of venaflaxine. I’m on the lamotrogine to stabilise my moods but 10 months ago I became really depressed again so they put me on a low dose of venaflaxine. I’ve decided that I want to come off the antidepressant because im scared I will be on it forever. 

I’ve half the dose for a week then I will stop completely. What side effects should I expect??
