    Hi Kaz,

I've been on them since end of May and know how you feel, mind you I still have the occaisional chocolate - I have either a milky way or a packet of maltesers, you can't deny yourself for the rest of your life and aslong as you don't go overboard it will be okay - I just have them maybe once a week as a treat and really look forward to having it.

I also like the the chocolate snack a jacks which are low in fat and taste quite good.

The other way I get round my chocolate craving is to have a cadbury's hilights drink before going to bed - not every night but a couple of times a week.

I've lost 20lbs and just got into the next size down in trousers which I'm really pleased with as my bigger ones I didn't have to unbutton to get off, so am really pleased with that and I feel so much better knowing I don't have to buy size 20's anymore.

    Hope this helps

    Hi Kaz,

I had a frys turkish delight the other day and god I enjoyed it  Its only 3.6 grams of fat too so not that bad. If you're going to do this kind of thing long term I think its very important to be able to have the odd treat. Oh just remembered jaffa cakes are 1 gram of fat each so i reckon thoses are allowable don't you

I buy the low fat chocolate mousse and have one after my tea!!

I also came across..Ice cream shots.. They are like tiny choc ices..you get a big tub of them for about £1.50.. a couple after dinner help stave of the choc need
