I am just over three weeks on 20 mg after being on 10 mg for one month. Yesterday and today my Anxiety Has been decreased but I still feel awfully weird. Totally flat iand detached.. is this a normal part of the process? Is this a good sign? Share with me your advice veterans

Yes sounds normal. I had a flat / detached feeling for months when I restarted meds. I sighed a lot I remember - big deep sighs, had no motivation and started to wonder when on earth it would go. I went out walking a lot, socialised and did everything I'd normally do ..... but I didn't enjoy myself - it felt like I was a robot.
It did start to lift eventually. Its not a nice feeling is it
