Alcohol diezepam and zopliclone abuse

What do I do been drinking 16 years I'm now 30 but been addicted to sleeping tablets and everything else how do I come off it all I always have back trouble and take painkillers . Got major anxiety and depression xx

    I’d suggest you go back to your GP for advice. From experience alcohol and sleeping tablets is not a good mix. I drank heavily whilst on Zimovane. In addition alcohol increases depressive feelings and anxiety. You need a programme to taper off alcohol and sleeping tablets. Your GP is the best starting point. Take care
