I have only been taking it for around 2 and a half months, no not yet sadly I still have the low libido, dark urine and very strange dreams sad But I hope all 3 will go soon. How about you, have your side effects got any better yet? xx

I’m now as of today down to 37.5mg

I feel absolute rubbish dizzy nausea shaky and was a few hours late taking any pills and had the most horrible brain zaps

Are you trying to come off, Carl?  What did you drop down from?  There is a research paper looking at serotonin receptor occupancy (blocking) rates for several SSRIs and venlafaxine (an SNRI), and at 37.5 mg receptors are still blocked by 80%!  So, though this is the "minimum dose," there is a huge way to go between 80 and 0%  You do not want to jump off from 37.5 mg!

If you have the kind with extended release beads inside, remove a small percentage of beads every few weeks.  Only cut if you are STABLE, not while having withdrawal symptoms!

      Good luck!
