Brain Fog, Lightheadedness, Headaches.

So... TMI but I’m 22 years old and I just finally got my period back after having my baby 9 months ago.

For the past few days I’ve had a horrible, dull headache. I can’t concentrate on anything. It feels like I have a lot of pressure and tingling in my head and a lot of fogginess. When I stand it feels like I’m swaying back and forth and I get so light headed. Kind of flu like symptoms. I already have bad anxiety and now I’m scared somethings wrong. This happens all day everyday.

I’m sorry you are feeling that way .  Anxiety  can definitely cause your symptoms.

I have had anxiety since childhood and it got horrible in my twenties.     I had all your symptoms plus many more.    I doubt you have anything serious.  It feels like something is really wrong , believe me I know!     I’m in my fifties now and nothing bad ever happened.

Just get checked out by your doctor for peace of mind..

You are going to be ok.

Do some deep breathing meditations, panic,  and anxiety ones too. On you tube.

Thank you so much, that’s sweet and gives me some relief. I dealt with it as a kid too and it’s became worse as I’ve gotten older. I just hate these feelings plus trying to tend to a baby.
