Can someone that has had real liver pain from too much alcohol tell me what the pain feels like? Is it an overall ache in the whole liver or small concentrated areas of pain that move around?

When I drank with liver issues my liver would kill me in that area. I would hurt bad and be sick to my stomach. The pain in liver area was terrible from one side of my upper back (just below my boobs) to the other side.
