if foot nails become black, what is name of this disease.

hi,

two nails of my foot have become black from inside.

obviously if it was from outside i would have simply washed it.

what is the name of this disease and can it be cured or is it a sign of worst to come.

have it since 3 months .

    it sounds like you have a nail fungus.. takes time to get rid of it. drug stores sell liquid to put on the nails.. read on line how to get rid of toe nail fungus. Not life threatening if that's what it is..

    Hi Motapa, Black toe nails can be from fungal nail infections, injury causing bleeding under nail, from certain dyes (like from nail polish) staining the nail...it can be a sign of certain illnesses but, unless you have OTHER symptoms, they may be unlikely...you are free to see/consult your DR, as they can get a better idea by looking at them, or you can treat a nail fungus and if it doesn't get better in a few weeks, go see your DR....there are a lot of nail fungus treatments(possibly on this site, or call a pharmacist) Good Luck & BEST WISHES💒🎶♾🍀☮🌈🐾
