Complex Mass, high Ca125- anxious

Hi ladies,

I'm have been referred to hospital under 2 week pathway to rule out ovarian cancer. I have endometriosis.

I have a complex irregular walled, multiseptated, solid -cystic, ovarian mass with small amount of vascularity noted. this is both after an MRI and an ultrasound. They have described it as indeterminate lesion. I also have raised ca125 which is nearly 300. I am hoping it's just an ugly endometrioma. been booked for op,biopsies and washing. Have people had similar experiences and it turned out okay? if so what did you cyst turn out to be?
