Complex medical issue! Achalasia/SIBO/Menopause

I have achalasia (esophageal issue) with Small Intestinal Overgrowth with Methane and menopausal all at the same time! I had an hysterectomy in July of last year, and it has continually to wreak havoc. Unfortunately, I had stage 3/4 endometriosis removed. And it has caused my gut health to be really messed up! I just finished my 3rd round of antibiotics and taking antrantil to reduce symptoms. I'm continually frustrated with the medical treatment I've received as it took 6 months to figure out I had SIBO. And if I wouldn't have found the breath test online, I probably still be undiagnosed. There's so many different ways to tackle sibo but with my achalesia it makes it more challenging! Help!
