Complex perianal fistulas, perianal chrohns, budesonide

Hi

I have been suffering with complex perianal fistulas for approx 3 years now and have endured 7 operations during this time, I currently have 2 setons on place, 1 cutting and 1 loose. It looks like I'm about to be referred for another operation to quaterise a problem fistula. in the meantime I'm trying budesonide and my consultant is hoping to get me on biologics very soon to help with the fistulas and ongoing abdominal pains.

I was hoping there are similar stories out there to bounce thoughts off and see how people are getting on.
