hello I've had complex regional pain syndrome for about 20 years I had the most horrible reaction to the covid vaccine and I'm afraid to take any vaccines has there been any thing about it causing major flare-ups to have the shingles vaccine like is it even safe for me I cannot survive another 2 month flare up
