Hi ,
Dec 25 admitted to Hospital. After ct scan , found out I have complicated Diverticulitis.
7 days IV . Home now on more antibiotics .
Feeling much better .
Very nervous of a relapse .
I'd be so interested in others stories .
This was a shock to my body and mind . Being the severity of my infection and tear in my colon

I was admitted to the hospital on April 14 and stayed three days. I had a perforated colon with a 2 cm abscess. No the doctor wants to do a laparoscopic surgery and remove part of my colon. I’m doing a second opinion. The day I left hospital I’ve been feeling great but tired comes low calorie diet and I’m just starting to add fiber.
