Complication of gastroscopy without name.

Hello guys. I had an upper endoscopy around 2 mounts ago but I still have pain after that. What it can be?

I didn't have any problem except H. Pylori that was found during gastroscopy, everything else was clean in my upper digestive system.

My blood and imagine studies are normal.

Can it be intercostal neuralgia? it has some very similar symptoms, but I didn't have anything like that on the left side of my body.

I made this image to describe what I feel as close as possible. I hope you can help me with that and thank you for your attention.
