Complications after Nervo HF 10 implant

I had surgery on 23 April and had implant placed. when I woke up from surgery I had excruciating pain in the lower right side of stomach which none of the Dr's could figure out. fast forward to now I still have the pain but nowhere near as bad as before however when I change programming it sends shocks to my stomach. I had a Dr. appointment follow up last week and we discussed going back in and readjusting the paddle on my spine. Not sure how I feel about this has anyone else had this done?
