Compression stockings

Has anyone used compression stockings with ZIPS during recovery from THR? The ones the hospital gave me last time are really difficult to put on and take off.

    Oh those lovely horrible compression stockings. No haven't tried the zip type , but as long as they are the same compression as the pull ons why not give it a try.

      Thanks barbara66703, its just that after my forthcoming hip job (no date yet, other hip was done in 2015) it looks like I'll be home alone afterwards. Those NHS stockings are impossible to handle by oneself. Perhaps I can have help with dealing with them.
