Concentration Problem

When I read I get an overwhelming sensation of energy throughout my body. It is like butterflies in the tummy, except the butterflies are panicked, and in every muscle fibre. It is not only when reading, but also whenever I concentrate on anything, whether for short or long periods of time. I am in my thirties now, and I have had this problem since I was in my early teens. If I try to control this sensation, by controlled breathing, I get angry unintentionally and my body spasms. Immediately after it happens, I feel exhausted mentally and physically. It happens when I feel good and when I feel bad, physically and emotionally. Why does this happen?

Ive not really heard of this one -butterflies in the stomach in general usually a sign of excitement but obviously not in your case

Perhaps make an appointment with your GP & see what he/she can do to help
