Concerned about bloodwork

got some bloodwork im concerned about what it means. I'm a 22 year old female. Most concerning, my B12 levels were very high (1373 pmol/L) (I don't take supplements). My RBC and hematocrit were also high. Cholesterol was also high (very unusual, I'm almost nearly deficient and I eat healthy). Ferritin was a little low (not abnormal, but supplements recommended). There were leukocytes in my urine (2+? i don't know what that means).

I've been seeing doctors due to some Raynaud-like symptoms. I saw a hematologist but she thought I should see a rheumatologist. I do have von Willebrand's. my GP ordered this blood test
