Concerned about white bumps on the tip of my penis

A couple days ago I decided to have unprotected sex with my partner and neither of us have history of STD's or STI's so this is honestly making me a little concerned and I dont want to go to the hospital for no reason these bumps are originally white and kinda look like skin falling of they dont hurt or anything but is weird that this is happening 2 days after I had unprotected sex, I need answer quickly so I can have time to treat it, just in case it matters, this is only happening to me and not to my partner imageimage
