How many of you with ovarian cysts had bloating AND indigestion without a malignant finding? I’m 43. I’ve had bloating and indigestion for almost a month (thought it was my GERD). My pain started 5-7 days ago, although I’ve noticed some mild cramping on the left side when I would lay on my stomach on occasion over the last few months. The pain starts in my left pelvic area, travels over my left hip and into the sciatic area. Last week I had pain down my left leg and then had a sore muscle (all the way down leg) for a day after. Can I get several comments from people who have dealt with the same symptoms for their cysts? I am really panicking. Hence, the reason I’m up at 2am. 😬 Thanks in advance, ladies.

Hi.   I had a lot of bloating with my cyst and as it turns out, gastro symptoms, as these have mostly gone since my operation    I don't know if my cyst was cancerous, hoping to hear this week as it was sent to histology a few weeks ago.   My bloating was more in my chest as my cyst extended from my last ovary to my chest.

Have you been confirmed as having a cyst?   Hope you get sorted. x

Hi Jules! Thank you for responding! I go to get a pelvic ultrasound in about an hour. My nerves are at an all time high! I will find out what the results are then and we’ll see where it goes from there.

That sounds like a pretty large cyst you had. Did they say how long they thought it had been there?  Were you having a lot of pain on the left side?

    Hi Charcey!

Hang in there. I'm right with ya! Most likely being sent for ultrasound today also. My nerves are over the top as well! I just want this day to be over. Praying for both of us today that it's nothing more then a crazy benign cyst.

Good luck with your scan.  I had a 17lb cyst, 25cm removed.   I had zero pain, just bloating and gastro symptoms.   Good luck to Stheod too smile
