Why are you so concerned about BP tablets? Statins I could understand, but long term high BP is not got for you and most BP tablets have no side effects.

That seems quite high.  What is your objection to medication? Most people tolerate BP medication quite well.  Losing weight helps if you are overweight, but you are not.  I suppose exercise might help?

Really, there aren't any. And you can come off BP tablets. Run a mile if they mention statins for your cholestoral, they have serious side effects and once you're on them, they want you on them for life.

Many people tolerate statins extremely well.  Before you write them off, I think you should look at the scientific studies showing how they reduce deaths from heart disease.

Perhaps if you spent a little more time on your spelling and grammar, you might be able to get your point across.

I personally know plenty about BP tablets, I have been on and off them for the last 25 years. Hypertension is known as the silent killer. I know what it's like having high BP and not talking tablets. 18 months ago I suffered from a bleed on the brain stroke, because I didn't manage my BP.

Some peole genetically have high BP and I know all about eating healthily, as my cholesterol was 5.5 when I came out of hospital 18 months ago. It was down to 4.2 12 months later.

      Ignore BP at your peril.
