Concerning long term recovery Bankart/SLAP repair

Hello all

I've had a bankart/slap repair on my right shoulder 3,5 years ago after messing up my shoulder due weight lifting and so on.. (age 29 now)

.

Today I can do push ups, pulls, pull ups without problems. I don't feel pain, my range of motion is very well. However, ever since the surgery I've noticed the following:

.

Overhead stuff (quick movements) and reaching out the arm (far) remain to feel unstable, uncomfortable at times. The shoulder still cracks a lot when moving the arm in circles as well (completely painless though, soft tissue?) I do have days when it's worse and still feel an subtle aching pain at times. But mostly, no pain and certainly not when working out.

.

.

I went back to my surgeon once before (another mri, early on) because I wanted to be sure if they fixed me up ok. Said it looked ok.

Ideas? Does this seem normal?
