    Dear Tasha

I'm sorry that you are in such pain. When one's back is not right it often causes pain elsewhere. This is why if someone reports on forums such as this about pain that is not easily explained I suggest having ones back checked over. I'm a strong advocate of visiting a chiropractor in such situations.

I hope you see a reduction in your pain very soon.

    Best wishes.. Richard

Hello, I'm sorry too that you're in pain, I had two prolapsed discs for years and I know the pain, I was diagnosed with ms after a long time waiting for MRI scans. I also have arthritis in the spine now because of it. If your discs are misplaced and not prolapsed an osteopath may be able to pop your back ..back in. Try lying g on the floor (yeah I know getting down isn't easy) pushing your pelvice into the floor whilst pushing up with your hands, a bit line a push up but your pelvice is pushed down. Try an anti. Inflammatory cream on your back too as your muscles tighten. Good luck I hope you get relief soon. Go to accident and emergency though immediately if you lose ability to pee. Kindest Lorraine
