Hi guys

So after being to the gum clinic on Monday thinking I possibly could have ls considering I do have it on my sides and the doctor thinking it could be a possibility and giving me eumovate cream. So I know what ls looks like however I've been using a mirror to make sure I get my cream on properly and I can't even see any white patches like I have on my sides I'm really confused 😩Has everyone else got distinctive white patches or not?

Thanks

Leah

I myself don't see anything. One of my gynocologist thinks I may have a mild case,a dermotologist doesnt agree and thinks I dont and another doctor wont comit.I would think if you cant see any white, even if you have it should be still in the mild stage.Just keep an eye on it.You can akways have a biopsy to confirm it.

Oh right I see I'm going back to see the doctor in 2 weeks I'm gonna make sure they do a biopsy and explain to me cause he wasn't really very helpful. Considering this doctor is just from the gum clinic do you think I should be referred to a dermatologist or some kind of specialist?

Doesnt sound like he was very helpful,I think you should get a second opinion either through another general practicioner or a dermatologist. X

He wasn't! He didn't even tell me how much or how often to put the cream on I had to ring back and the nurse had to ask him rolleyes he seemed more concerned with doing there usual Sti swabs and stuff even though I'd told him I'd been swabbed recently! It's like they get commission for seeing how many they can do haha
