Okay, 11 days ago i had clear snot like discharge that was coming out of my vaigina. I read up on that and it said that is usually when you ovulate. So me and my husband had unprotected sex those 3 days. I am just wondering how long before you know something is up after that. I have never had clear snot like discharge ever before.. I should say that I have PCOS and i am 26 years old. Been off bc for 5 months or more now. Lately I have been having pains on my right ovary and some times it switches to the left. I have been feeling off... Not feeling good. I have been having on and off pains in my breasts and some pains by my right side hip and right side ribs and lower back. I don't know what is going on what so ever. I really hate having PCOS because you never know anything. Clear snot like discharge was on the 20th of this month and now it is the 31st today. Please help me. I am so confused and really just need some answers...Been getting headaches too almost every day for 3 or 4 days. I am also crying and very emotional and have no idea why, Just get in crying spells. Someone help.

    Hey Greeneyes1201!

    Your story sounds similar to mine! When is af due?? If i was you i would wait until it been 2 weeks since ovulation day. Either take a test or get a bloodtest from your doctor as your hsg levels may be toolw fora BFP preg test.

    I thought i was preg last week. I had sore boobs ( dont ever get sore boobs even when af is coming ) headaches, heartburn, constantly bloated. But unfortunately af arrived yesterday sad

    Talk you your doctor about what youre experiencing tho. Are you on any medication for your pcos? Like metformin? Folic acid? I would also recommend if you have a non existant af, that you try acupuncture! I have a roughly 90 day gap between my periods. I had my last one end of july and had acupuncture last friday for hope itll come monday- bam she came! I haven't had my period 2 months in a row since end of last year! And now in getting acupuncture in 14days to trigger ovulation! As i dont ovulate

      thanks, yea i had my period almost 2 months ago. the 9th of September will be 2 months. But like i said 11 days ago i had that clear snot stuff and i think that was ovulation...not sure tho because my sister that was pregnant before said she had that when she was prego. So i am lost and i have no idea what to do. Think I am going to wait till the 9th and see if it comes then. I usually don't ovulate on my own. But i have started juicing like 5 months ago when I went off my pills. When i started juicing I was getting my periods regularly and now all of a sudden I am 2 months late. I am lost and just irritated and stressed to the max. I really hate not knowing what is going on with my body

    Oh i know what you mean!! Its so annoying. Well if youre abit concerned there is no harm in trying a pg test. I know the clear blue ones come up with 1-2wks preg 2-3weeks preg 4+weeks preg .

    So if you have high hsg levels it could hopefully pick up!

      thanks, I will probably take it in 8 days or so. I just have no idea what is going on with me. Going to drive me nuts soon lol. I am so happy that I can talk to someone else who is PCOS. I really hate having this. My husband doesn't understand how much this take an emotional tole on you not knowing what is going on with your own body.

    Yep! Mine doesnt understand that when i say gee my boobs are sore and he says you're pregnant it really cuts me up. Like o wish i could be but i know im not. Its just my body finding a new hormone to mind screw me lol. I have a appt with a gyno next monday which im looking forward too. As my doctor has been no help for thr last 7 months. So hopefully i get prescribed something to help make me ovulate.

    What upsets me is, all women should be able to fall pregnant. You see people who werent trying for a baby or people who are alcoholics fall pregnant. I know this sounds really rude and rough but its definitely a 'why me situation' 😕

      I am with you there, I have friends that just don't understand that I don't want to hear about them becoming prego or trying because I have been trying for 3 years now... They already have a kid.. Its like really. I am so sick of not being a mom and the hurt that PCOS causes. It makes you so emotional. I am defintely with you on that one! I wish you luck. It really truly helps to talk to PCOS people that are having the same problem as me

    Agreeed! And another one i hear all the time- 'have patience.' I have had bloody patience! We have been only trying for 7 months though feels like 7 years!

    And i hate that my doctor just doesnt care! Its so frustrating

      lol yea i get that all the time. My husband and I have been trying for 3 years..I have been trying for a baby ever since I was 18.. I am 26 yrs old. I have had a lot of years of wishing and wanting. I have friends that just shove it in my face that they are trying or conceived and its like really. I have told you how many times how much that hurts me.. I wish I had friends that cared and understood me..but o well. I wish you luck!!

    Hi. I suffered with green discharge for years and years, worse at ovulation. Loads of tests for infection or sti even tho unlikely all done and clear. Turns out it is symptom if endometriosis which also causes cysts on ovaries. It's probably not but worth mentioning it if doesn't go away. Good luck

    Hi,

    I'm 26 years old and noticed this has been happening to me too. I had a swab test with my nurse and should be getting my results back today.

    It has been happening to me on and off for a few years but didn't take as much notice until now. I thought I'd find out for piece of mind.

    I'll keep you updated.

      What's been going on with you? I am all sorts of confused. My husband keeps sayin you have pcos so you will never know when you late. I will be 2 months of no period on the 9th of september. I was getting periods monthly for 3 months when I started juicing and now nothing. I feel like something is going on, I just don't know what. My husband thinks I am being negative when I say I am late. Not what I am doing.. Just stating facts. I am so confused and frusterated with everything. I HATE PCOS and would not wish this on anyone.

      I got the results... My nurse said that everything came back negative. Apparently some women tend to have more discharge than others. I didn't really get much info but she didn't think it was linked to the pcos.

      Personally, I think it's hard to say. Most medicine professionals recognise and are aware of pcos but don't really know much about it.

      I think there should be more funding put into it considering it's so common in many women today.

      I sometimes miss a month with my menstral cycle but it's usually when I'm feeling run down.

      I think it's definitely worth you seeing a doctor to run some tests though. It's always good to get some piece of mind.
