Why is it sometimes I can eat meals fine n then other days I litcerlly can't touch my food. I can be cooking for an hour n sooo hungry n as soon as I'm going to eat I feel funny n can't eat?

It's not all the time but a lot of the time and mainly at tea times. Is this anxiety again???? Anyone experienced this???

Yes, every day. For me, I have decided to just listen to my body and not worry about.it There are too many things much more important to pay attention to. If this pattern is not affecting you or your weight in a negative way, and in my case it isn't, I just let it be. This doesn't sound like a health issue as much as how you used to be or what others think. Neither of those have anything to do with your decision. Do you want to worry about it, or just let it be what it is. By the way, as you get older, this is pretty common. Eat when and what you want tom and if you change your mind after cooking, well you have a freezer. Maybe just to lighten up and let it be is more important than doing what you think you SHOULD do. When you eat, enjoy it. When you don;t eat, enjoy that. I love the statement, let it be. It's only anxiety in this case if you decide to give it more attention than it warrents. Just let it be what it is and be happy.

you are welcome. Some days I eat all day, and like you, others,I'm just not hungry or my stomach doesn't seem to be happy with food. My weight only varies a pound or so either way, and I have no negative health effects. Years ago, a friend in the healthcare business told me to trust my stomach when it came to food. That really became important recently with anxiety concerns came up. Be well, be happy.
